After understanding your needs I'll put together several recommendations. We'll meet to evaluate the options for payroll, HR and benefits. I'll walk you through the details of all the plans and choices.
This is where the rubber meets the road. We'll select the right plans, execute the paperwork, and start the process. I'll facilitate the implementation of all solutions, coordinating processes and software integration.
30 Day Review
After 30 days I conduct a formal review to ensure satisfaction with all recommended solutions and to verify progress on training & support. I provide ongoing support and education to address changes along the way.
Quarterly Business Reviews
As your business needs change we'll make additions and tweaks along the way. On an annual basis, we'll review all vendors and evaluate procedures. My goal is to ensure you have the best possible solution year over year.
Expect regular updates on tax law changes, new products, and timely information. I'll also provide access to my private network of CPAs, financial advisors, insurance brokers, bookkeepers and attorneys.
